Hi! Life doesn’t get easier as we get older, does it? 🙂 What has worked for me is asking for divine guidance in meditation, whether that’s from the universe, our higher self, etc. Often if I ask a question such as “What should I do about xx?”, I sense an answer (in my thoughts) that is even better than I could have imagined myself!
